In Failsafe, they kept talking through the mind link until he “died,” talking about all the things they’d never done; talking about how grateful they were for one another. Superboy thanked her for her pretty hair and her freckles and for always listening, and she thanked him for being strong and stubborn and for helping her cook, etc.
